Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure / DR

Oxford Search Group has been engaged by a well-known and respected Cincinnati company who is seeking a Manager of IT Service Delivery/Infrastructure to join the organization's management team. What you will do: Develop and maintain relationships with the contracted suppliers. Manage overall governance of all vendors operating in the infrastructure space. Establish performance parameters and guiding principles for vendor delivery of products and/or services in support of business goals. Work with the appropriate internal organizations, such as Finance and Legal, to construct performance-based, accountability-driven vendor/business partner agreements, monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with SLAs. Facilitate corrective action regarding performance issues to resolution with the vendor and impacted IT/business teams. Participate in systems and services outage and incident recovery. Managing the creation and maintenance of an effective Disaster Recovery Plan for all data processing, networking and telecommunications platforms. Support corporate and remote data centers. Develop and maintaining policies and procedures as they relate to infrastructuresupport and regulatory controls. Provide escalation paths within IT and vendor staffs. Manage and develop assigned staff including coaching/mentoring and performance management; planning and prioritizing team workloads to meet deadlines while managing and reporting the status on multiple priorities and deadlines. Contribute to long range planning and budget discussions. Qualifications/Requirements:  10+ years of Information Technology and/or business experience 5+ years of experience managing multi-functional areas with staff responsibilities including supervising daily team activities, coaching / mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring. Minimum 5 years of experience with ITIL process management (Change, Incident, Problem) Minimum 5 years of experiencemanaging Service Level Agreements Experience setting up a Managed Services operations Large enterprise project management exposure Experience managing suppliers in outsourcing contracts Experience with Data Center Operations (Primary and Remote) - FCAPS Prior experience/exposure developing and maintaining policies/procedures as they relate to infrastructuresupport and regulatory controls. Salary Range: $120K - $130K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
