Assist with recruiting, tracking applicants and new hires, interviews, onboarding, and schedule new hires for orientation.
They will work under the Senior HR Manger as a liaison with the clinical team to understand the open needs for caregivers and communicate applicant status.
We are family woman owned business.
We have a supportive team and there are many opportunities to grow on the HR team.
Monday - Friday 830-5 at our Zionsville location.
Requirements:
- Must have at least an Associates Degree - 1 year Human Resource experience -Have critical thinking skills - Great communication skills and privacy - Answering phones, taking messages, and returning phone calls - Greeting applicants - Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, emailing - Employment verification - Setting up interviews Job Type:
