Summary:
The Executive Assistant will be tasked with complex daily administrative and office management responsibilities, including but not limited to, preparing reports, maintaining schedule, and meeting coordination, making travel arrangements and submitting expenses, document management t and other related duties as assigned.
Main Accountabilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements, create itineraries and process expense reports; Provide general administrative support and execute projects as needed; Handle certain interactions with various counterparties include clients, vendors, holding company personnel and other third parties; Schedule meetings and coordinate on-site support, including visitor access, room reservation, conference calls and catering; Manage physical and electronic document management and retention, as well as document execution coordination, and information retrieval from shared data sites; Handle independently and effectively a broad range of on-going office needs; Occasionally maintain availability to address off hour administrative needs
Qualifications:

years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry; Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience with expense management software and data share sites Proven ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and to be flexible and adapt as necessary to successfully manage evolving priorities Strong communication and relationship management skills, ability to positively contribute and shape company culture Proactive with the ability to take initiative Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
